Baba Endale brings over 20 years of experience in management, finance, and business consulting, with a strong foundation in leadership, academia, and advisory work. His career spans senior roles in both corporate and educational institutions, including his tenure as Managing Director at Numondo Trading PLC and Founder of MATED Management & Research Institute.
As a Lecturer and Consultant at Addis Ababa University and formerly at Adama Science and Technology University, Baba Endale has contributed significantly to the development of business education and research in Ethiopia. His expertise in financial management, leadership training, and strategic consulting continues to shape institutions and empower professionals across sectors.
Most importantly, Baba Endale served as a Board Advisor during the inception of Bes & Beset–Leland Jackson Foundation, offering guidance and insight that helped shape its early governance.
We welcome Baba Endale into this sacred circle of leadership with honor. His presence strengthens our continental bridge and affirms our commitment to global stewardship rooted in African excellence.
