@AfroN8V Wow, I was 165 in high school. When I’m exercising more, your range is more like what I normally am, but I’ve put on some pounds as muscle and fat without my 4 classes of Kipura per week like I was doing pre-COVID.

@AfroN8V we do, but not often. Nana started having us all do family walks on Kwasiada. Now that our road is better, we may institute that more often

yebo that’d be great exercise! when i’m in my wife’s community, early risings going up and down the hill is a great work out.
