The birds and the weather
I have to shorten the video of the birds and the sunset. Surrounding my hotel is also a residential area. There is a banana tree across from my room. The weather is much better than Mzansi it’s warm and it’s not cold once the sun goes down. As soon as the sun went down in Mzansi the temp dropped rapidly.
For short stays here you don’t need a visa. I’ve met Kmtyw from Kenya and Zimbabwe. The Zimbabwean rideshare driver is a temporary resident, has 5 mos left said it’s harder for men to stay unless they marry a citizen🤷🏾♀️ but he also said he was going to Eurotrash🤦🏾♀️ if he was sent back to Zimbabwe. From the plane you could see the pockets of city & residential, the lushness & beauty of the surrounding area even coming from the airport was wide, green, & clean. “The ancestral homeland was south of the Zambezi River, including areas now covered by the Makgadikgadi salt pans. Human ancestors existed in this region 200,000 years ago”
