@AgyaKwadwo From a somatic standpoint, it is a very useful practice. It has helped me to both recover from and avoid injuries over the years. However, it is best not to treat with credulity any claims as to its historical veracity. It is clearly “Kemetic-inspired,” though obviously not in origin. It can better be understood in the context of other “modern” yoga practices like Yin Yoga for example.
