Sharing pictures of me from about 10 years ago of my second-degree black belt graduation in gung fu – wu shu. That’s me with the baby locs. In the orange head wrap, we were doing a short capoeira performance. I didn’t train in capoeira but know the basics – how to ginga, etc. I haven’t practiced or been in the dojo for a long time. Not sure my knees can take it…but they say once a martial artist always a martial artist.
