 Last Saturday – Afrikan dance fitness class (1 hr)
 Sunday – bikram (hot) yoga (90 min)
 Monday – Afrikan dance fitness class (1 hr)
 This evening – bikram yoga (90 min)
 Plant-based diet for a number of years. The past couple months eating raw for 4 days of the week. Proper nutrition, plant-based or otherwise, is 70-80% of the health, wellness, and fitness regiment. Today’s lunch, a homemade salad with kale, dandelion greens (good for the blood), cucumbers, cabbage, tomatoes, almonds, and an avocado. Hot/warm water and lime. Hot/warm water is good for digestion.1 Comment-
