I can attest to the entire work out because the whole family did it together, including our 2 year old. The only difference for me is that I did 1 set of 400 jumps, not 500. Heading to bed to be ready for the next set tomorrow. [wipes sweat of forehead].

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 8 years agoI couldn’t sleep much last night so I got up early to hit the gym. And since I didn’t have the energy to lift, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Breakfast and lunch:
