Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 8 years agoYesterday, I had my physical and did my lab work, and all came out well. Yɛda Nyame ase! My body is functioning well.
This morning: 30 min on the elliptical.
Breakfast: 24 oz pineapple, banana, blueberry, cashew, strawberry smoothie.
