Im gradually trying to ween myself from meat. I mostly eat veggies, fruits, nuts, drink water, make smoothies, etc. Now I want to begin slowly getting into capoeira workouts even if it’s just light exercise.

I often look on Google Earth App researching African countries. Do you think it is unreasonable to theorize that Israel and the regions called ‘The Middle East’ were/are actually part of the African/Alkebulan Continent? I mean, if many Chinese Dynasties were Black African then this cant be an impossibility. Thoughts?

Like Saudi Arabia. If you look at a map it clearly ‘broke off’ of Africa and Israel is attached to the continent via Egypt. Id like to know what you all think too. Asante sana.

@Kwadwo…..spot on analysis. To remain centered in agency, we always utilize the ancestors as the referential point. This era of YouTube “scholarship” is far too rooted in numbers and not results in advancing Afrikan people.

I think he probably needs mentoring, etc. He may be a bit ‘out of control,’ but if you watch the vid he made a lot of points that you all make. Im for anybody who is for our liberation as a people.
