Day 12 – (1/1/2021) I took a day off, got caught up with Kwanzaa activities and conversations with family and friends, so no workout
Day 13 (1/2/2021)- easy workout, 1 mile run
calisthenics – 1 set of each:
Pull ups – underhand
push ups
dips
crunches
short yoga routine -
Day 11
Calisthenics
4 sets of each:
Pullups (underhand)
Pullups (overhand)
Dips
Crunches
Leg raises
Pushups
Handstand pushups
Deep squats
Yoga sun salutation-
One day that will be my workout routine! As for the sun salutation , I assume you don’t live here in Brooklyn, NYC as it’s very cold at the moment.
