– This morning 1 hour on the eliptical
– Breakfast Oatmeal with blended fruits (Bananas, pineapples) with blueberries.
Lunch lettuce wrap with beans, mushroom and avocados.

I’m 5’11 and I eat between 3-4 times a day. I’m cutting it back some days to 2.5 (half being a smoothie).

Yeah, if I eat four times a day that usually includes a salad and fruits. The longer I work the more hungry I get, and since I sit around all day reviewing financials, I have the time to eat.
I tried the once a day thing and it did not work for me, rather I’ve opted to eat what I want just healthy and or raw.

Breakfast: banana, beets, and carrots smoothie
I’m officially down to 206 so 11 more lbs to go!

I passed up on cake and donuts and instead ate a couple of small bananas I had in my office.
