I was rolling with this thesis until he linked “mwt” (mother in Mdw Ntr), to “maame” in Twi. Maame is a borrowed word from the Portuguese. Perhaps, it’s not his fault because most Twi books list Maame as mother.

I couldn’t sleep much last night so I got up early to hit the gym. And since I didn’t have the energy to lift, I did 40 minutes on the elliptical.

– veggies: okra, onions, carrots, red bell peppers
