I just made two incredible smoothies for the day.
– Beets, Mango, apple and chia seed smoothie.
– Hibiscus, strawberries, ginger, blueberry, and dates.
I’ve effectively curbed coffee habit with hibiscus. I haven’t thought about coffee in two weeks despite having a coffee maker and a stock full of coffee in my office.

This morning workout,
Single leg glute bridge 4 x 12
Pushups 3 x 10
Dumbbell bicep curls 4 x 10
Machine Fly 2 x 10
Concentration curls 3 x 10
Bicycle crunch 4 x 44For breakfast I had a 32 oz carrot, hibiscus, ginger and banana smoothie.
After MDW NTR class, I’ll probably do 10 Rds of boxing on the bag.

– Vertical knee raise 3 x 22
– Ab twist 3 x 15I’m about to drink a carrot, ginger, and hibiscus smoothie and call it a night.
