BlackTastic! Today I had bananas and groundnuts. Gotta get back on my smoothies (I was doing it last week), but lots of my favorite ones are out of season. Try to eat a mango around this time of year and you are asking for a sour lesson.

It’s about to get real! I bought a Bowflex Pro machine at a thrift store for $60 this past weekend, and I just ordered the Vitamix Blender. The goal now is to lose 10 lbs. in a month.

I didn’t know you were still on it. What’s your weight now?

The Vitamix came in and the wifey ain’t happy about it. Oh well! This is why I purchase these things without her knowledge.

To know how to do something is worthless, how to obtain what you want is the (important) thing.
In other words, knowledge alone is useless, unless it leads to achievement.

Me too, I think learning to show off you know something is vanity. We have to use knowledge to achieve something.
