My journey overcoming lies from Jamaica-America, back to Africa continues.

I was on a call with a group of educators who are on a journey to uplift our people through re-education and restoration of our righteous ancestral culture. I was Enlighted, encouraged, reminded and instructed by the pouring of libation message which rang so loud in every fiber of my being.

I hope it will also be a light to you as it was to me.

Searching for righteousness led them to build and maintain sovereignty for our people.

The Yoruba word “Aṣẹ” (pronounced “ah-shay”) is often used in the African diaspora as a word of affirmation and confirmation, similar to “Amen”. It conveys the idea of power, authority, and the spiritual force that drives life.
