Question: Which three areas of knowledge do we need to improve our health and wellbeing? Is it our 1. knowledge of food and eating; 2. mental health; 3. exercise/movement; 4. values; 5. relationships?

Can we have a discussion around three priorities or a survey? Is a survey available on this platform?

I really think Knowledge of Food and Eating is the most important.

all areas of knowledge really need to be discussed, the body has many parts, that makes the body complete.

for me 1, 2, & 3 are all related to each other so I wouldn’t separate them, 4 and 5 can stay as separate categories, so in essence, all should be covered

That would make sense if these were discrete and unrelated categories, but how can one have mental health outside of the context of relationships. I see overlap and intertwining of these more than separate categories whereby some can be prioritized while others are neglected. My two pesewas.

I can see intertwining. A wholesome interaction with food and relationships, for example, is very natural.
