Yes. It very much does.
But unfortunately, the destructive effects and consequences of the Berlin Conference of 1884-1885 is very much alive with us in 2025 and probably going to be with us into the near future.

There was a saying, ” The Mind is a terrible thing to waste”, so many destructive mind manipulation has and is destroying our peoples. Yes we can review what happen to us, but not to get stuck in the mud. We are the most powerful entities in the UNIVERSE, we lost our way, our minds, our self respect for one another, we talk against one another, separating ourselves from the totality of whom we are.
