@OHENENANA Tallawah is informal spelling of Talawa (my spelling is phonetic).
Talawa is possibly derrived from an Ewe concept of strength ‘talala’ (but I’m not 100% sure on that). In Yaadi context, Talawa refers to resilient strength that is from an unexpected individual — e.g. “wi likl bot wi talawa”
