30 jumping jacks, 20 front+back hand position pull-ups, 40 push-ups, 40 wide-arm push-ups, 40 push-ups + rotation, 40 staggered pushups, 10 diving push-ups, 10 decline push-ups, 30 seconds shoulder stretch, 30 seconds back bridge, 30 seconds chest stretch…get it in, get it in!!!

Today 40 weighted tricep kickbacks, 40 incline push-ups, 40 tricep dips, 60 simultaneous arm/leg hyperextensions laying on belly (20 weighted), 60-second back bridge x 2, 40 alternate arm/leg hyperextensions laying on belly, 40 supine push-ups, 40 pull-ups alternating with arm-front and arm-back, 10 bicep-curls. Get it in, get it in!

600 skips on the jump rope (200 x 3), 40 tricep kickbacks, 40 incline push-ups, 60 arm+leg hyperextensions laying on belly (last 20 weighted), 1 minute side-lying floor stretches right and left sides, 40 weighted side arm raises, 12 inchworms, 40 reclined rhomboid squeezes, 40 supine push-ups. Get it in, get it in!!!

Oh, and 3 back bridges held for 10 seconds each. My son, Kwaku, is also on his regimen. He found the back bridges to be hilarious. He’s also coming along with his jump rope skills and everything else. His huge belly (he loves to eat) is coming down and it’s great for father-son bonding time. @kevlew, it may be time to break out the Yoga mat for some gentle stretching. I’ve used Yoga to recover from a few injuries.
